These Terms of Service govern your use of Court Activity, including the iPhone app, website, and related services. By using Court Activity, you agree to these terms.

What Court Activity Provides

Court Activity helps users find public tennis and pickleball courts, view court details, see local weather, and share anonymous court activity updates. Court information may change, and we cannot guarantee that every court detail, schedule, amenity, or activity report is complete or current.

No Account Required

Court Activity does not currently require account creation. Some app features may use an anonymous device identifier to reduce spam, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

User Reports And Feedback

When you submit activity updates, observations, or feedback, you are responsible for making sure your submission is accurate, lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a public community app. Do not submit offensive content, private information about others, misleading reports, spam, or content you do not have the right to share.

Public Court And Third-Party Information

Court Activity may display public park information, official park links, weather data, maps, and other information from public or third-party sources. Those sources may have their own terms, policies, schedules, and restrictions. Always follow posted park rules and official guidance at the court location.

Safety And Availability

Court Activity is provided for general informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own safety, travel decisions, equipment, reservations, and compliance with park rules. Courts may be closed, reserved, damaged, crowded, or unavailable even if the app suggests otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Court Activity, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the API, submit abusive or fraudulent reports, or use the service in a way that harms other users, parks, or the platform.

Changes To The Service

We may update, pause, remove, or change features, supported regions, court data, reports, or these terms as the service develops.

Court Activity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties related to accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Activity and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to court availability, travel, injuries, service interruptions, inaccurate data, or user-submitted reports.
